The All Trials website highlights the benefits of registering and reporting all clinical trials, whatever their outcomes, and expresses concern about lack of progress in this area. The website includes a public petition calling on responsible bodies to implement measures to ensure that all trials, past and present, and for all treatments, are registered; and that the full methods and results are reported.
