Putting it into Practice

Abstract:

This paper reports on the involvement of people with dementia in a project investigating older people’s experiences of transitions between care services. The people with dementia were involved as co-researchers and carried out interviews of older people jointly with the researcher. The methods used are described as well as how the interview process was adapted to meet the needs of individual co-researchers.
